Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to execute end-to-end project ownership and effectively manage project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and will drive results with an ALL IN mindset.

This exempt role requires 3-5+ years of technical field or project management experience and 2-3+ years in leadership. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $165,000 base, commensurate with experience, with nationwide travel

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
