Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in program or project management for federal contracts.
• 5+ years leading large professional services programs with multi-functional workforces.
• Experience managing recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and operational oversight for a nationwide USMS support services contract.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government Program Managers, COs, CORs, and USMS leadership.
• Manage program execution across locations, labor categories, and business functions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and SLAs.
• Lead startup, transition, staffing, and steady-state operations.
