Syneos Health is seeking a National Program Director (NPD) in Charlotte to lead the field sales strategy and execution. You will serve as the primary contact for product promotion and field operations, driving leadership, coaching, and performance oversight in partnership with client leadership.

While reporting to the VP of Field Sales and dotted line into client Leadership, the National Program Director (NPD) will lead the hiring and execution of the field commercial strategy in partnership with client Sales Leadership. The NPD will be the primary contact for all matters related to the product promotion and the field team while providing leadership, coaching, management, financial and operations oversight in partnership with commercial peers and leadership while driving sales execution and accountability for performance. This role will be the primary contact for the client and the NPD will engage all services and functional areas to deliver client solutions. The NPD will adhere to all industry and corporate policies & procedures.
