This role requires up to 100% travel, strong project management, paving experience, safety compliance, and coordination with vendors and field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects for major retail clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Paving industry or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of large parking lots in the U.S.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
• Maintain client communication and reporting.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and scope.
