Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a National Product Manager (P&C) to drive product enhancements and lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience. You will own planning, execution, and delivery of product changes while prioritizing strategic growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in property & casualty insurance, 2+ years of leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify products needing enhancements with internal teams.
• Lead all aspects of changes (planning, execution, delivery).
• Research competitor filings to identify opportunities.
• Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones.
• Ensure accurate cross-departmental communication of form changes and timelines.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
