Responsibilities

• Implement national option and item strategies to support Sales Center and Design Studio selections.
• Create and maintain National Option Master across Toll Divisions.
• Review and adjudicate new option requests for compliance with national guidance.
• Communicate new option information to Division Options Managers and others as needed.
• Foster national program compliance and address discrepancies.
• Document option guidance for end users on option intent and permissibility.
• Partner with Marketing Brand & Creative, National Sales, and Design Studio teams.
• Participate in plan design and 90% construction drawing reviews for naming and numbering.
• Knowledge of systems setup for options/items and class code strategy.
• Identify training opportunities for Options Managers.
• Participate in monthly Options Managers calls.
• Assist end users with EnterpriseOne functionality questions.
