Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five+ years of operations experience.
• Five+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, profitable, and reliable operation of facilities while complying with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage KPIs, costs, contracts, productivity initiatives, and cost-reduction opportunities to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support contract renewals.
• Partner with engineering and senior leadership to align product lines and operating strategies.
• Oversee staffing, startup, commissioning, readiness, and change-management during disruptions.
• Lead and develop employees through training, coaching, and performance management.
