Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of operations experience and management experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, profitable, and reliable operation of facilities with strict safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage KPIs, costs, contracts, productivity initiatives, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support contract renewals.
• Partner with engineering, senior leadership, and executives to align strategies.
• Oversee staffing, startup, commissioning, change processes, and disruption response.
• Lead and develop employees through training, coaching, and performance management.
