Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Microkitchen Manager to oversee national program operations for break areas and vendor management. You will develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, program management experience in hospitality, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll analyze performance and ensure adherence to standards while promoting Bon Appetit philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality with at least 3 management years.
• Strong leadership with staff development experience.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient analytics reporting for forecasting, productivity and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain nationwide program initiatives.
• Develop assessment protocols for cross-site evaluation and improvement.
• Interact professionally with employees, customers and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate projects effectively.
• Ensure sites adhere to client expectations and program guidelines.
• Manage break room vendors and ensure quality, cost effectiveness.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance logs and asset tracking.
• Promote open communication and staff development.
• Support financial analyses and budget explanations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
