Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a hands-on leader to run daily café operations and own the micro kitchen program, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, replenishment, and cost control. You will provide visible leadership and clear direction to keep service organized and products available.

Lead daily café operations and own the micro kitchen program, including employee scheduling, ordering, inventory, replenishment, and cost control. Provide visible leadership and clear team direction to keep service organized and products available. Review program performance and communicate risks and resource needs to the General Manager.
Lead café setup, service, and closing; confirm readiness, direct employees, and verify completed work.
Prepare café and micro kitchen schedules; communicate changes, respond to callouts, and address coverage gaps.
Own micro kitchen service standards, approved product selections, stock rotation, and replenishment; assign work and verify completion.
Review target stock levels using demand, stock on hand, usage, and storage capacity; place accurate orders within approved budgets.
Coordinate receiving and storage; check quantities, condition, pack sizes, and approved substitutions, and resolve shortages and credits.
Maintain inventory through scheduled physical counts, consistent count units, documented transfers, and investigation of discrepancies.
Track purchasing, waste, and program costs; adjust routine ordering and communicate significant variances.
Reinforce safety and sanitation, coach employees, maintain records, and elevate significant staffing, spending, or safety concerns.
Organize service, staffing, ordering, and inventory responsibilities across assigned locations.
Use stock counts and purchasing information to support accurate orders and cost control.
Give clear direction, coordinate team execution, and follow issues through resolution.
