• Own national Therapy & Oncology segment strategies and plans.
• Develop annual market development plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify untapped populations, referral gaps, adoption barriers and unmet needs.
• Define segmentation, audiences, provider archetypes, and referral growth strategies.
• Translate strategies into provider campaigns and market development programs with playbooks.
• Provide guidance to field teams for regional execution and activation.
