National Manager I, Power Generation & Transmission

Location: United States; Remote

We are seeking a results-driven National Manager I, Power Generation & Transmission for our Growth department. The ideal candidate is likable, a natural conversationalist, and excels at networking across the industry. Strong communication skills, a proven ability to follow through on commitments, and a talent for turning contacts into opportunities are essential for success in this role.

In this role you will lead the development, management, and growth of a portfolio of large, strategically important national clients within the Power Generation and Transmission market. Serve as a primary relationship leader responsible for understanding client business objectives, building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and connecting client needs with Terracon capabilities across service lines and geographies.

You will develop and execute strategic account-growth plans designed to increase revenue, profitability, client penetration, and the breadth of services provided to assigned Power Generation and Transmission clients. Partner closely with operational, sector, service line, marketing, and national account leaders to align resources, develop major pursuits, strengthen client relationships, and create sustainable growth.

Primary focus: Hands-on national account ownership combined with senior-level client development strategy, with an emphasis on expanding Terracon business with large, complex Power Generation and Transmission clients nationally.
