Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Admitted to practice in at least one state.
• 5+ years of litigation and experience.
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs preferred.
• Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload.
• Conduct thorough investigations and spot discovery issues.
• Develop and craft strategic discovery responses.
• Monitor discovery processes for improvements and risk.
• Manage a national claims program with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and clients on case strategy.
• Work across offices to deliver team-oriented service.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
