Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one state.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong discovery experience required.
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and national claims programs preferred.
• Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client counseling and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations and proactively spot discovery issues.
• Develop and craft strategic discovery responses aligned with national strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate discovery processes for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Manage and improve a national claims program with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and clients on case strategy and discovery plans.
