• Develop and monitor fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
• Apply industry trends to fabrication processes.
• Oversee safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
• Manage inventory levels across the business and production process.
• Hire, train, and develop a staff of regional Fabrication managers.
