Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a National Healthcare Practice Leader to champion strategic planning, internal collaboration, project leadership and external business development across our Health and Wellness practice. The leader will be a market-focused strategist with subject matter expertise, reporting to the President and coordinating with senior leaders to drive growth and win key healthcare clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• A Professional Degree in Architecture is required.
• A State Professional Architectural license is required and the ability to be licensed in multiple states is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with subject matter expertise and management of ground up and renovation hospital and medical office architectural projects.
• Proven record of successful Client and business development in the Health and Wellness industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to represent Dewberry.

Responsibilities

• Identify market drivers at the national, regional, and local levels.
• Take ownership of the Health and Wellness Market Segment Tactical Plan and leverage industry knowledge to advance initiatives.
• Coordinate the Health and Wellness Market Segment Tactical Plan with Business Unit Managers and Office Marketing Plans to set sales and growth objectives.
• Identify investment opportunities that support the Market Segment Tactical Plan and Corporate Strategic Plan.
• Lead service delivery and build relationships with internal teams, Clients and partners.
• Source, recruit, and onboard key subject matter experts and project staff.
• Lead pre-positioning and development of capture plans to win key Clients and projects.
• Oversee price and technical proposals.
• Lead business development of Health and Wellness projects across markets.
• Increase Dewberry’s visibility through industry events and strategic outreach.
