Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Permanent positions require a 24-month trial period.
• Must be able to clear security requirements to access military base.
• Subject to DoD Priority Placement Program provisions.
• Financial Management Level 2 Certified position; incumbent must comply with related DoD/Army requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audits projects with complex scope, developing audit plans and detailed fact-finding techniques.
• Conducts entrance conferences with management and explains audit purpose and procedures.
• Performs audit steps using various techniques and prepares working papers and audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Follows up on findings and reports to command on corrective actions and monetary benefits.
• Provides unscheduled, quick-reaction troubleshooting capabilities to prevent or address serious issues.
