As Chief Strategy and Expansion Officer, you will lead national growth, build partnerships with government officials, secure public funding, and shape strategy with the CEO and executive team.

This builder role requires strategic vision and policy expertise to drive system change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading national expansion initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to secure public funding and navigate government contracting processes.
• Knowledge of Title IV-E and workforce development funding streams.
• Proven track record building partnerships with government, nonprofits, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive national expansion strategy and affiliate growth into new markets.
• Build strategic partnerships and secure public funding at state and federal levels.
• Advance policy and advocacy to influence foster care reform and youth services.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing national team focused on strategy and operations.
• Define KPIs and report progress to the CEO and Board.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
