Job summary

HDR in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Geotechnical Business Class Lead to drive national engagement in deep foundation design. This role involves hiring and leading geotechnical staff and building a cohesive geotechnical community.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical design and must obtain or have active PE registration in multiple states. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading geotechnical design efforts.
• Active, or ability to obtain PE registration in multiple states.
• Comprehensive knowledge of rock and soil mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical business class staff.
• Engage alternate delivery projects and provide expertise.
• Drive continuous process refinement to enhance technical competence and product quality.
