Job summary

Concrete Strategies seeks a National / STL General Requirements Project Manager to lead jobsite logistics, manpower coordination, contract administration, financial tracking, and billing for GR/GC/self-perform services on national projects ranging from $2M to $200M. This onsite role (Elkhart, IN) includes heavy travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading construction projects as PM, engineer, or equivalent.
• Nationwide travel is required.
• Strong understanding of General Requirements / General Conditions scopes.
• Proven experience managing labor, cost tracking, and monthly billing.
• Contract review, negotiation, and proposal development experience.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to track costs, margins and recoverables.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly invoicing for GR/GC services across national projects.
• Track and reconcile labor, equipment rental, temporary facilities, and material costs.
• Ensure invoiced amounts align with contracts, logs, and field reports.
• Coordinate with accounting on billing schedules, collections, and revenue tracking.
• Participate with project teams to develop charts of accounts for GR and site logistics.
• Contribute to forecasting and monthly cost projections.
