Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a National Installations Operations Manager for the Fire & Life Safety division. The role leads nationwide installation projects, ensures staffing, budgets, safety and quality, and coordinates with owners, contractors, and field teams across the country.

The position requires extensive travel to project sites, strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge to drive on-time, safe execution while aligning with ArchKey’s standards and DEI commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of electrical construction experience in project management, estimating, code requirements, and design & build estimating with large commercial projects.
• Minimum 5 years leading large-scale national installation projects.
• Experience with LEAN methodologies and/or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee bidding, budgeting, and project cost controls to meet budgets and profit targets.
• Monitor projects across the nation to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Foster strong client and subcontractor relationships to meet customer expectations.
