Zurich North America is hiring a National F&I Executive to join Zurich Direct Markets North Division. This team member will support North Division clients AND fellow field staff members in Service, Retention & Business Acquisition of qualified Large/Mega-Dealer F&I Clients. As a member of Zurich's North Division Direct Markets National team, you time & talents will be needed for: Current Client Growth & Retention (65%), New Business Acquisition/Support (20%), Administration & Special Projects (15%). Our ideal candidate will be willing to help Zurich customers throughout the entire Division (15 states) where vehicle/air/overnight travel up to 75% may be necessary depending on candidate/team member residence location AND deliver on the below responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, retain & grow profitable relationships with new and existing Mega-Dealer F&I customers – Whether as the assigned ‘Lead Account Manager’ AND/OR in support of Area/Regional team members
  • Use experience & critical thinking to develop plans for underperforming accounts with the providingtechnical advice, implementation & follow through that enables field staff & customers to solve problems and/or improve business outcomes
  • Analyze/monitor trends & anticipateneeds to develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or product offerings AND assist/support implementation
  • Coordinate & facilitatetraining to customer on products and services as well inspection, validation & quantification of agreed upon process & standards that impact performance
  • Conduct kick-offs for new customers AND managenew dealership conversions for acquisitions by current customers
  • Lead/support monthly internal team call(s) for client development/service/retention AND external client meetings which may include 90-Day Performance Reviews for variable/fixed operations
  • Conducting training/development at the group and store level
  • Demonstrate teamwork as a mentor to others in support of client service standards and teammate skill/professional growth & development
  • Use current & emerging presentation/communication technologies to support client performance and business initiatives
  • Support NEW ACCOUNT ACQUISITION through teamwork with Divisional Mgmt. & Field Team – Sales Call preparation & delivery, Prospecting/Marketing support
  • Coordinate/deliver on the successful implementation, utilization and impact of the following Zurich Advantage Programs:
  • Proliferation of Z.U. activation & utilization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales Leadership
    OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in Dealership Finance or Sales Leadership
    AND
  • Experience with principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business to business training, sales, and consultation experience
  • Retail automotive experience in Finance or Sales Management
  • Outside sales experience is ideal
  • Advanced knowledge of Automotive industry, market, and competitors
  • Substantial knowledge of Automotive and traditional software and technology
  • Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles
  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Self-motivated regarding day-to-day responsibilities

The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is $64,600.00 - $105,900.00. This position included a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable
