Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Field Inspector to perform daily quality inspections on construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards while reviewing project plans for customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in technical field work, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel nationwide. You will coordinate with project teams, prepare detailed reports, and uphold our ALL IN culture and ZERO safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience.
• 0-1+ years of field leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections for construction projects of various sizes and scopes.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and installation practices for compliance with project requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and safety concerns and communicate findings to project teams.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting project progress, quality, and compliance results.
• Oversee and direct the work of field crews and subcontractors onsite to ensure quality and safety.
• Review permits and ROW requirements for compliance.
• Support project management with real-time field updates and site condition information.
