Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Field Inspector to conduct daily quality inspections on construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires reviewing project plans and customer specifications and guiding field teams to achieve zero-defect outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3+ years of technical field experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong ALL IN mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience.
• 0-1+ years of field leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections for construction projects.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance.
• Identify safety concerns and communicate findings to project teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and field personnel to address issues.
• Review permits, ROW requirements, and regulations for compliance.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting progress and compliance.
• Oversee and direct work of field crews and subcontractors onsite.
