National Field Production Lead for Brand Activations

Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations to life across the United States. This hands-on leader will plan, execute, and reconcile consumer sampling programs and brand experiences from initial concept through onsite execution and post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in experiential production or field logistics and can lead crews, vendors, and field teams across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• 3+ years as primary production or operations lead for complex programs.
• Experience with national tours, sporting events, festivals, or large activations.
• Knowledge of refrigerated products and cold-chain logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Oversee load-in, setup, event operations, breakdown, and load-out for premium brand execution.
• Serve as onsite production lead, resolving issues related to safety, timing, budget, product quality, and consumer experience.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment, and assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
• Manage carriers, drivers, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and venue requirements.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity and oversee product handling, storage, replenishment, and rotation.
• Reconcile product, equipment, supplies, shrink, and waste after each activation.
• Partner with field teams to receive, store, stage, deploy, and return activation materials.
• Develop and manage budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor, and travel.
• Identify cost efficiencies and standardize processes; manage vendor scopes and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, transportation, venue, health, and company requirements.
• Develop contingency plans for weather, incidents, power loss, and equipment issues.
