Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Corporate Director Clinical Implementation to lead clinical nutrition, strategy, and operations for national healthcare and senior living implementations. You will drive standardization, oversee onboarding and transitions, and partner with executive teams to achieve financial and operational goals.

The role requires RD credential, multi-state licensure, and 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience, with up to full travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) required.
• Active licensure across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience in healthcare or senior living environments.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, transitions, or new openings.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, therapeutic diets, and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for new account implementations, transitions, and operational startups.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful launches.
• Lead clinical nutrition setup and execution during openings and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Partner with operations, culinary, HR, and support services to align staffing and readiness for launches.
• Establish clinical nutrition workflows, assessment processes, and documentation standards.
