Forefront Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Director of Clinical Nutrition & Implementation to lead nutrition programs during client onboarding, transitions, and launches across senior living and healthcare environments.

You will standardize processes, drive operational excellence, and partner with operations, culinary, HR, and support services to ensure successful implementations and sustained results. Travel nationwide up to 80–100% may be required.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian credential (RD or RDN) required.
Active licensure across multiple states.
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of clinical nutrition experience in healthcare or senior living environments.

Responsabilités

Provide leadership and oversight for new account implementations and transitions.
Develop implementation plans with timelines and deliverables.
Lead clinical nutrition setup during openings and transitions.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and client expectations.
Staffing, training, and operational readiness for launches.
Monitor performance post-implementation and drive improvements.
