Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Corporate Director Clinical Implementation to provide clinical nutrition leadership for onboarding, transitions, and launches across senior living and healthcare sites, driving standardization, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. The role partners with executive leadership and multiple teams, reports to a senior corporate leader, and requires flexibility to support multiple locations with travel up to 80–100%.

Must reside near a major airport.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential required.
• Master’s in nutrition or dietetics or related field.
• 5+ years clinical nutrition in healthcare or senior living.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites, transitions, or openings.
• Strong CMS, regulatory, and healthcare compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for new account implementations and transitions.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead clinical nutrition setup during openings and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, HIPAA, and client standards.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and operational readiness with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish nutrition workflows and documentation standards.
• Travel nationally up to 80–100%.
