Qualifications

• Requires 10 years in GxP or plasma/biologics Quality roles.
• 5+ years leading multi-site Quality Operations teams.
• Ability to anticipate and prevent quality risks across multiple centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national Quality Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and PPTA regulations.
• Oversee implementation of Quality Management System elements.
• Monitor product quality trends and support product release decisions.
