MoJ Justice Digital, Data and Science is recruiting a Digital Workforce Manager to join the Enabling Services team. You will blend people management with data delivery to shape robust workforce plans and recruitment delivery.

As part of a warm team, you will influence senior stakeholders, develop dashboards, and deliver insight-driven workforce strategies across the department, enabling efficient delivery and value for money.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to turn data into engaging, senior-level content and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with SMTs, HoPs/Leads and managers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end workforce planning and recruitment objectives.
• Forecast workforce growth and provide monthly progress reports.
• Develop tools and processes for contingent labour management.
• Provide expert advice to Directors and Deputies on workforce needs.
