Qualifications

• Eligible to meet Public Trust background investigation/clearance.
• Hands-on IT support, devices provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft environments and enterprise IT tools.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs when relocating data center equipment.
• Willingness to travel nationwide on short notice and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to support data center relocation projects.
• Assist de-racking, transport, relocation, and re-racking of equipment.
• Safely handle servers, switches, routers, storage devices, and other hardware.
• Follow relocation plans and security procedures for government facilities.
• Support IT configuration, deployment, and asset management for staff devices.
• Assist with cybersecurity controls, compliance activities, and audits.
