What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with carriers to enhance claim processes and improve service delivery
- Develop systems for collecting and reporting on claims data
- Provide expert guidance on cyber-related incidents and act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Design and implement training programs focused on consultative claims management techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and contractual policy language
- Availability outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P&C license or willingness to obtain
- Experience in negotiating and influencing outcomes with insurers and vendors
- Knowledge of developments impacting cyber claims, including trends and regulatory changes
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Familiarity with information technology systems and architecture
