- Collaborate with carriers to enhance the claims process and evaluate carrier performance
- Implement training programs on consultative claims management techniques for claims colleagues
- Act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to drive improvements in claims management processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM equivalent preferred
- P&C license or willingness to obtain
