What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of claims and advocate for clients throughout the claims process
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on claims data
- Design and implement training programs focused on consultative claims management techniques
- Provide guidance and support on complex first- and third-party cyber claim issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience, including knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred (J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM)
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
