A leading credentialing service provider is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support IRS credentialing sites. The role requires managing appointments, issuing ID cards, and traveling nationwide to meet operational needs. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a High School Diploma. This position entails a variety of credentialing duties and may include short-term shiftwork, with all training provided as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required online credentialing training and maintain compliance.
• Knowledge of credentialing hardware such as FCUs, MCUs, and LAKs.
• Experience preparing and submitting required reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Issue Identification Cards and access credentials.
• Perform IRS credentialing functions and travel up to 40% of the time.

Skills

Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes
