Qualifications

• Ability to complete online credentialing training and maintain compliance.
• Knowledge of credentialing hardware such as FCUs, MCUs, and LAKs.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing credentialing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily credentialing appointments and operations.
• Issue and activate SmartID and PAC Cards.
• Perform registrar and activator duties as required.
