Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a National Conveyance Lead to develop and execute strategies that grow the Conveyance business across the United States. You will lead new business development, manage client relationships, and build high‑performing teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The role requires proven leadership, broad market knowledge of pipelines and pump stations, and the ability to mentor others, recruit talent, and coordinate with project directors and managers on pursuit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning and establish strategic direction to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Create a brand around the Conveyance service and raise visibility with clients.
• Coordinate with sub-portfolio leads to drive growth and build staff.
• Define resource gaps and oversee recruitment of new talent.
• Maintain frequent communication with client-facing resources to understand opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Directors and Project Managers on new strategies and pursuit tactics.
