Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial properties with operational issues or renovations.
• Understanding of building components and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with commercial leases (CAM/OPEx/additional rent).
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions (rent roll, cap rate).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management for a US office portfolio.
• Vendor, contractor and tenant management.
• Negotiate contracts and work with leasing agents.
• Maintain accurate property files and records.
• Assist with sourcing real estate opportunities via MLS and brokers across the US.
• Oversee remodeling and disaster-related projects and ensure cleanliness of properties.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
