Job summary

Forefront seeks a Corporate Director Clinical Implementation to lead national onboarding, transitions and launches for clinical nutrition programs across senior living and healthcare environments.

You will partner with executive levels and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, strong client relationships, and achievement of financial and operational goals, while guiding performance improvements and site readiness.

Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential required.
• Active licensure across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience in healthcare or senior living environments.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for new account implementations and transitions.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead clinical nutrition setup during openings and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, HR, and support services for staffing and readiness.
• Establish clinical nutrition workflows and documentation standards.
• Monitor performance and drive efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes.
• Support onboarding and training of site leadership teams.
