A Day in the Life of the National Channel Manager:
  • Support team in evaluating wholesale opportunities for bidding decisions.
  • Negotiate scope of work and pricing with Sales, Engineering, and customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Offer Management teams to craft proposals and customer presentations.
  • Prepare quote documents and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Identify and manage key channel partners and alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, providing support and training.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Support contract creation, review, and customer responses related to installations, upgrades, and disconnects.
  • Develop channel sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and optimize partner success.
  • Innovate incentive programs to boost engagement and sales.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage forecasting and reporting to track sales performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within telecommunications.
  • Strong skills in analysis, communication, presentation, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate with management and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.
  • Proven resilience, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.
  • Knowledge of telecom products/services like wireless, VoIP, broadband, or enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

*Benefits apply to full-time employees. Salary range: $80,000-$105,000 annually, plus bonuses and commissions. Actual pay varies based on skills and experience.
