What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to educate prospective members about Molina products
- Conduct enrollment for members into their product of choice after the sales cycle
- Set up in-person meetings and manage RSVPs for prospective members who prefer not to enroll over the phone
- Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis during sales presentations
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals consistently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a telesales environment
- Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and government health programs
- Proven telephone sales skills and ability to work with senior citizens and low-income individuals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
