What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound and make outbound calls to prospective members, educating them on the benefits of products
- Conduct presentations, needs analysis, and cost-benefit analysis for prospective members
- Complete enrollment into desired products after the sales cycle
- Set up in-person meetings and manage RSVPs for events for those not enrolling over the phone
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a telesales environment
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs
- Strong telephone sales skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals
- Familiarity with CMS telephone marketing regulations
