Performance Health Supply, LLC is seeking a Non-Acute Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The role concentrates on expanding corporate awards in the non-acute market, with 80% of activity in Outpatient Rehab (OPR) chains and 20% in Long-Term Care (LTC) accounts across the Northeast region.

The candidate should reside within the Northeast (Boston/Philly/NYC preferred) and be willing to travel 50–75% (overnight included).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling a curated portfolio and product programs; delivering trials/in-services.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, customer service, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Execute and expand corporate awards in the non-acute market.
• Focus 80% on Outpatient Rehab chains and 20% on Long-Term Care accounts in assigned region.
• Build and expand relationships with OPR groups; conduct site-level activations and training.
• Coordinate subs/conversions, trials, and in-services to accelerate adoption.
• Deliver sales and gross profit results; maintain and grow territory accounts.
• Develop territory plan using analytics; manage CRM data; contribute to QBRs.
