Job summary

XKIG in Little Rock, AR is seeking a National Training Coordinator to design and deliver our national arborist training programs. This role requires field-ready training experience and the ability to work across regions to ensure consistent instruction and safety standards.

You will lead hands-on skills sessions, oversee regional trainers, and collaborate with corporate training to keep content current. Travel is required up to 50% and proficiency with LMS and Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with proven field competence.
• Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of arboricultural practices, techniques, and safety standards.
• Experience in adult education, instructional delivery, and skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver hands-on skills training across all operating regions with no fixed territory.
• Oversee regional trainers to ensure skill quality and consistency.
• Support the development of Qualified Trainers (QTs) to expand in-house training capabilities.
• Lead training initiatives in core arboricultural categories including chainsaw use, tree felling, climbing, rigging, aerial lift, and electrical hazard awareness.
• Collaborate with Corporate Training Group to ensure training content is current and aligned with industry standards.
• Travel 50% of the time to sites across multiple states and regions.
