Job summary

XKIG is seeking a National Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and oversee our national arborist training programs. This role is field‑oriented and requires proven trainer experience and the ability to work in varied environments.

The NTC will lead hands-on skills training, oversee regional trainers, and collaborate with the Corporate Training Group to ensure up-to-date content and safety standards. Travel is extensive, with responsibility for onboarding and program development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with proven field competence.
• Experience in adult education, instructional delivery, and skills assessment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of adapting to diverse learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver hands-on skills training across regions with no fixed territory.
• Oversee regional trainers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support development of Qualified Trainers to expand in-house training capabilities.
• Lead training initiatives in arboricultural categories including chainsaw use, climbing, and aerial lift with electrical hazards awareness.
• Collaborate with Corporate Training Group to keep content current with industry standards.
• Participate in onboarding new employees and coordinate required training programs.
• Travel extensively to train onsite and across states; represent XKIG at industry events.
