Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Manager to lead transformational initiatives across the U.S. Air Logistics network, driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, standardization, and change management.

The role can be seated in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas or Atlanta, with up to 50% travel. You will partner with cross-functional teams and Global Services to deliver scalable solutions, improve customer experience, and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Air Logistics operational experience.
• Proven success leading process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, automation, or optimization initiatives.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization initiatives across the U.S. Air Logistics network.
• Identify, develop, and implement practical solutions that improve performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Evaluate and redesign workflows across CC L, OCC, RCC, and other operations.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization aligned with global Air Logistics standards.
• Lead operational automation and digital transformation projects.
• Travel across the national network to support reviews and implementations.
• Collaborate with Global Services teams to improve processes and efficiencies.
