Qualifications

• Entry-level or 0-2 years of related work experience in a call center, healthcare, insurance, or administrative support environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to resolve inquiries.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming service inquiries regarding network providers and nomination requests.
• Researches, analyzes, and documents service inquiries to support timely and accurate resolution.
• Provides administrative and operational support to National Accounts Specialists and department leadership.
