National Accounts Support Representative

We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-focused professional to support our National Accounts Operations and help keep our service centers running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support invoicing by submitting invoices through national account partner portals
• Assist Service Center AR teams in managing and tracking receivables
• Maintain and report invoicing activity to the National Accounts Manager
• Prepare and organize quotes, clearly outlining pricing and services
• Track and follow up on pending quotes to improve response times
• Assist with service agreement quotes and system entry for scheduling
• Maintain organized records of quotes and invoices for quick access
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, and Coordinating teams
• Provide documentation to customers (COIs, safety info, company background, etc.)
