Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Senior Director, National Accounts to lead the enterprise-wide strategy for winning, retaining, and growing our most strategic oncology networks and IDNs. This leader will own the portfolio's P&L, drive KPI frameworks, and oversee a team of National Account Directors.

The role requires 12+ years in diagnostics/biopharma with strong cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/MHA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in diagnostics/biopharma/healthcare commercial roles; national accounts experience.
• Proven ability to design KPI frameworks and manage multi-account P&L.

Responsibilities

• Set and refine the National Accounts strategy and account prioritization.
• Own full P&L accountability and budget management for the portfolio.
• Design KPI framework and dashboard to monitor growth, access, and adoption.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing National Account Director team.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and cross-account governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to secure resources and roadmaps.
