Tremco is seeking a National Accounts Manager. This is a remote position. This role focuses on developing relationships and increasing revenue and profitability within existing and new National Accounts, aligning with the company's sales and profit goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Target and develop new and existing National Account opportunities.
  • Build senior-level relationships within targeted accounts.
  • Establish agreements and contracts for long-term business relationships.
  • Identify gaps in our value offerings to foster growth.
  • Manage revenue forecasts for each account.
  • Coordinate with the National Accounts Director and Business Development team on account activities.
  • Utilize sales tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage margins, revenue growth, and account targeting in line with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor team members involved in the National Accounts program.
Key Activities:
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and events with national account teams.
  • Develop programs, scopes of work, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
  • Lead regular communication with clients and internal teams to update on progress.
  • Resolve conflicts and present account development updates to management.
  • Coach Tremco representatives on account management practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure awareness of account goals and responsibilities.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review activities and strategies.
  • Engage clients about capabilities in new construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Identify client pain points and promote building envelope solutions.
  • Collaborate on long-term asset management plans focusing on proactive maintenance.
Accountability:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Grow the portfolio of national accounts.
  • Develop strategic relationships for sales growth.
  • Support international projects remotely.
  • Provide regular activity reports and updates.
Other Requirements:
  • Travel as needed to client sites.
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
  • Experience in managing large corporate accounts is required.
  • Leadership and team-selling skills are essential.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

The salary range is approximately $150,000 to $160,000, based on qualifications and other factors.
